The SDL allows you to download detailed product information including unique key, style, color, size, product weight and spec sheets as well as piece, dozen, case and MSRP pricing. Use the customized SDL to download product data and images for specific style numbers, categories or brands that you want to feature on your website.
Please note: The Data Library does not include inventory, special pricing and sale information. You may access inventory, special pricing and sale information from our Web Services API or .csv and .txt files on our FTP server.
Our FTP server allows you to download detailed product information including unique key, style, color, size, product weight, inventory, and sale prices as well as piece, dozen, case and MSRP pricing in .csv or .txt file format.
Our web service API allows you to use our SOAP XML call/response services for product information, inventory, special pricing, purchase order submission, order shipment notification, packing slip information, and invoicing.
SanMar has partnered up with Promostandards to help make it easier for customers already using this standard to share data and do business with multiple suppliers, distributors and service providers. Data services includes product data, inventory information, shipment notification details, and purchase order submission.

Quickly and easily submit electronic orders without re-keying order information. Eliminate the time spent ordering by email, phone or fax, while reducing mistakes during the manual ordering process. Direct Order Integration is made available through SanMar's web services and .txt files on our FTP server.
Our order status file provides a daily update of items that have been invoiced and shipped. Confirmation includes tracking, shipping and box content information. The Order Status file is in .txt format in our FTP server.
We offer order shipment notification service through our Promostandards integrated web services. The information provided includes tracking numbers, shipping and box content information.
This web service will remove the manual process of removing the shipping label and opening the box to manually enter items into the your system. Integrated customers can electronically scan HighJump box labels to electronically receive box and packing slip information.
SanMar’s invoice integration provides electronic invoicing through our web service API, text file or EDI-810 standard from our FTP server. We also can setup an automated excel file that is sent through email.
SanMar is connected with many third-party software providers that have our product information within their own software or web site services. Some service providers have also utilized our integrated ordering capabilities to submit orders directly into our system on behalf of their customers.
Promostandards is a specific type of integration with generic integration standards that make it easy for our customers to work with multiple suppliers, distributors and service providers to share data and do business. The data may include product, pricing, inventory, shipment notification, purchase orders, invoicing, etc.
